Chocolate make Woman Happy.

This is A FACT !!!!.... Why???... Let me tell you guys why most of the woman prefer chocolate over flower :). Because it satisfies our hormones, which is the happiness hormone that regulates the mood, reduces mood swings and that even prevents depression!!. "It helps women with depression". The hormonal levels of women keep changing every now and then as a result of the menstrual cycle and this makes us more vulnerable to mood changes.

Now the more the person's mood changes the more she becomes in need for anything to regulate her mood and this is where chocolate comes into play. We,women love chocolate so much because it helps us regulate our mood as a result of the hormonal changes we experience. You will feel better after eating the chocolate.Yeah believe me, you should try before make any judgment.

For those who like eat chocolate but scared about...I might gain a lot of weight or my body will bloated or I will get diabetes or so on .... "DARK CHOCOLATE" is the answer to your worries.

Here some of the benefits of "DARK CHOCOLATE".

1) Dark Chocolate is Good for Your Heart: Eating a small amount of dark chocolate two or three times each week can help lower your blood pressure. Dark chocolate improves blood flow and may help prevent the formation of blood clots.

 2) Dark Chocolate is Good for Your Brain: Dark chocolate increases blood flow to the brain as well as to the heart, so it can help improve cognitive function. Dark chocolate also helps reduce your risk of stroke.

 3) Dark Chocolate Helps Control Blood Sugar: Dark chocolate helps keep your blood vessels healthy and your circulation unimpaired to protect against type 2 diabetes. The flavonoids in dark chocolate also help reduce insulin resistance by helping your cells to function normally and regain the ability to use your body's insulin efficiently.

 4) Dark Chocolate Contains Theobromine: Dark chocolate contains theobromine, which has been shown to harden tooth enamel. That means that dark chocolate, unlike most other sweets, lowers your risk of getting cavities if you practice proper dental hygiene.

 5) Dark chocolate is better for weight loss: Even though the amount of calories in milk chocolate and dark chocolate are pretty similar (and in fact milk chocolate sometimes contains fewer calories), dark chocolate contains significantly less carbohydrates. Milk chocolate usually has about 50 grams of carbs per 100 g, while the amount of carbs in dark chocolate ranges from 8 to 35 carbs, depending on how dark it is.

Weakness or Strength???

Sometimes our biggest weakness can become our biggest strength. Take, for example, the story of one 10-year-old boy who decided to study Judo despite the fact that he had lost his left arm in a devastating car accident.

The boy began lessons with an old Japanese Judo master. The boy was doing well, so he couldn’t understand why, after three months of training the master had taught him only one move.

“Sensei,” the boy finally said, “Shouldn’t I be learning more moves?”

“This is the only move you know, but this is the only move you’ll ever need to know.” – the sensei replied.

Not quite understanding, but believing in his teacher, the boy kept training.

Several months later, the sensei took the boy to his first tournament. Surprising himself, the boy easily won his first two matches. The third match proved to be more difficult, but after some time, his opponent became impatient and charged; the boy deftly used his one move to win the match. Still amazed by his success, the boy was now in the finals.

This time, his opponent was bigger, stronger, and more experienced. For a while, the boy appeared to be overmatched. Concerned that the boy might get hurt, the referee called a time-out. He was about to stop the match when the sensei intervened.

“No,” the sensei insisted, “Let him continue.”

Soon after the match resumed, his opponent made a critical mistake: he dropped his guard. Instantly, the boy used his move to pin him. The boy had won the match and the tournament. He was the champion.

On the way home, the boy and sensei reviewed every move in each and every match. Then the boy summoned the courage to ask what was really on his mind.

“Sensei, how did I win the tournament with only one move?”

“You won for two reasons,” the sensei answered. “First, you’ve almost mastered one of the most difficult throws in all of judo. And second, the only known defense for that move is for your opponent to grap your left arm.”

The boy’s biggest weakness had become his biggest strength.

Expand Your Mind !!!!

In the fast moving world of technology, creative thinking is the problem-solving. Thinking out side the box is become necessary to survive and to be the better man. Love it or not, people will seek opportunities to stand out.

There are people who are generic. They make generic responses and they expect generic answers. They live inside a box and they think people who don't fit into their box are weird. But I'll tell you what, generic people are the weird people. They are like genetically-manipulated plants growing inside a laboratory, like indistinguishable faces, like droids. Like ignorance.
